We service all of South Eastern Wisconsin Counties (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine,
Kenosha, Walworth, Ozaukee, and Washington) and other counties such as Dane,
Sheboygan, and Brown. If the county that you are requesting transportation is not
listed, please call to see if we can accommodate the ride.

393-2003. We suggest scheduling transportation 48 hours to 1 week in advance.

Your return ride will be scheduled as a “will-call.” When you are done, you must call
Lee Transportation at 414-393-2003 so we can dispatch the next available driver.
Please allow up to an hour for a driver to arrive.

Yes, you may request a same day ride. We will try our best to fit you in and your
request will be granted based on the availability of our drivers. (Same day
transportation is not guaranteed.) Payment must be made before we dispatch a
driver to you. We suggest scheduling transportation 48 hours to 1 week in advance.

Standard rates start at $25.00 for the first 5 miles and $3.00 per mile for additional
miles. Wheel chair assessable vehicles are $35.00 for the first 5 miles and $3.00 per
mile for additional miles. Rates do not include service fees.

Payments can be made with a credit card on our website or over the phone. We do
not accept cash payments. If you have signed a contract/payment agreement, we
would have a card on file and that card would be charged 24-48 hours before the
date of transportation.

No, Lee Transportation does not accept/bill insurance directly. However, we are
contracted with state and local brokers where you can request us as your provider.

Please call us at 414-393-2003 immediately if you need to cancel your
transportation. Cancelations must be made 24 hours before your pick-up time to
receive a full refund. If transportation is canceled within the 24 hours, members will
be charged the amount of the one-way transportation fee.

Yes, you may have 1-3 additional passengers at no additional cost. Please specify
how many passengers will be riding with when scheduling transportation.

Lee Transportation will only allow service animals. Service animals are defined as
dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with
disabilities. A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the
ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the
individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with
the service animal's safe, effective performance of tasks.

Lee Transportation provides “door to door” services, meaning the driver will meet
you outside of the door of your pick up location, assist you in and out of the our
vehicles, and assist you into the lobby of your destination.

Tips are not obligatory but if you are satisfied that our driver did an extraordinary
job, feel free to tip the driver.

Lee Transportation does not provide wheelchairs or any other medical supplies for
passengers to use.
